Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We hope you love your fine art giclee print, but in the event of a problem we aim to ensure your experience with us is second to none.
Please note that requests for a refund or return lasts 10 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Each fine art giccle print is hand produced specifically for you.  We therefore cannot offer refunds for work ordered unless there is an issue with the print when it is delivered.

However in the event of non delivery a full refund will be provided.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

An exchange for a different print may be possible depending on stock.  Please contact us with details of your request and we will try our best to assist you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Autobotanical, Hill Croft, Lapford, Devon. UK EX17 6QH

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
